These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be handled exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We may update these Terms at any time. The “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the App after an update indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
